What is The Pagan Blog Project?
(The Short Answer)
This project is a way to spend a full year dedicating time each week very specifically to studying, reflecting, andsharing your spiritual and magickal path.    The project consists of a single blog post each week posted on yourblog each Friday for the year of 2012 that will involve a topic that relates to Paganism, Witchcraft, magick, spirituality, and so on.   You can use your posts to share your views on a topic, to talk about your own personalexperiences, or to act as a catalyst to research a subject that you may not know much about and then share whatyou learn and how you feel about that.   Each week there is a specific prompt for you to work with in writing yourpost, a prompt that will focus on a letter of the alphabet each week providing you a framework for your writing aswell as a common thread for all participants to share in.

I think I'm going to take a shot at participating in this.  Between finding a new place, moving our stuff from storage, unpacking, baby, etc, I doubt I'll be able to keep up with one detailed post a week, but I think I can probably do one every two weeks.  That means one for each letter of the alphabet.  I think I can manage that much.

I'm already behind having just discovered this project yesterday, but as it is -18 outside right now, I don't expect I will be going anywhere.  Time to put on a pot of coffee and get to plotting.  I think I'll be posting on Pagan Perspectives (paganperspectives.wordpress.com), I'll be directing the FB group traffic there.  I haven't decided if I will be X-posting or not.

So, first up, A - Ancestors.  May take some time to get this one into words.

For all those who have subscribed to [profile] pperspectives : If you're wondering why you are all of a sudden being spammed with old essays and articles, an explanation can be found HERE.

That is all.
