So, where the hell is it?? It should be rainy and windy in mid-March - it should NOT still be snowing! WTH!! I am going to hunt Old Man Winter down myself if this doesn't let up soon.

oops, sorry, must splain,...global warming of poles, means generally potential glacial activity further south...welcome to the new ice age.
The Polar bears need somewhere to migrate to, since they are finding their nice ice flows are turning into lakes.
