Today I am grateful for regular physical activity.  The breast stroke is doing wonders for my cleavage (not that it wasn't gorgeous before), and I am slowly building up my lung capacity.  Soon I'll be back to climbing flights of stairs without being winded at the top!

So, I am going to take this exercise thing one day at a time.  We'll see if I can get back down to a decent size. 

Overplanning seems to be my downfall in this area (that and the heat), so my challenge will start small:

30 minutes a day/3 days a week

This month, it will be swimming in the pool downstairs.

Add that to my already moderate exercise walking home from work, and cutting back (or cutting off) the junk food, and I think I might just be able to do it!
