Research is fun - well, kind of. I've started the research for my environmental piece. I've found an awesome blog that is run by a guy who lists the latest scare tactics and then shows what the science actually says (there was a piece from March about the claim that our oceans are turning to acid). *rolls eyes*
I've also decided that my Virtues of the Goddess series is not going on my blog afterall. I am going to submit them for publication in Witches&Pagans. I ws going to submit them to SageWoman, but W&P seems to be a larger/more professional operation - and they are the same company, so I don't feel bad choosing them over SageWoman.
I am about ready to start on Beauty. Estara, do you mind if I quote your article on the Charge as Ethical Precept? You are where I got the idea for this series from, so I wanted to be sure that all is cool with you :)
It's so sunny here right now. I have been having a bit of a hard time making sure the baby gets her naps. We'd both rather be outside. And for me, naptime is my writing time (she still naps in my lap). I can't think of a better reason to be off the computer, though.
I'm not too worried about neglecting my blog, tho. I have been watching a lot of folks burn out on the internet recently, and I can really sympathize. I'm thinking that I might see if I can work that into a PBP post soon. I have a lot of experience with the struggle between online community and real life practise. Maybe I'll make that the focus of my J post - Just Step Back.
My Pagan Fashion article is still stupidly popular. I get a bit of a kick out that.
Anyway, I think that I've lost the point of this post. And I need to get some photos taken and edited so I can list a few of my herb/tarot bags in my etsy store. I also need to get a banner put together. Maybe I'll do that today. Oh, and for those interested, my new batch of hand cream will be up in the store within the next couple of weeks. It's looking like they may be 4 oz jars instead of 2 oz (my supplier is out of their entire stock of 2 oz jars).
