The Gratitude Project - Days 12, 13 and 14
I am gonna do this now, because I feel like hiding from my computer for a few days (or the internet at least, I have a novel scene to type out).
1) Today I am grateful for folk music. Canadian maritime folk music really gets me into the right place for writing my novel lately. The song 'Sex and Beer' always makes me smile (and inspires me to keep at my whistle lessons).
2) I am also grateful for harvest time. The seasonal fruit is in, and I can finally do my canning for this year! I am so excited about that.
3) I am also grateful for World of Warcraft which recently has provided me a restful refuge that I have sorely needed (I know that is a bad one, but some days I just need to be away from real life).

The last time we were out there we stopped at one for ice cream. The guy's freezer had broken, so we bought peaches instead, and he gave us a big bag of cherries free for our trouble.
I would love to move out there. The only thing they are missing is the ocean ~_^
