Well, the last couple of days have been positively brain-numbing. It would seem that all of Coquitlam has gone out of town for the weekend, so I have literally been standing doing nothing for two days. I am hoping that everyone will come in tomorrow for their much-needed essentials so that I don't have to just stand.
I am, however, grateful for the time that has allowed me to plan out everything that needs to be done before we leave, and to brainstorm a few ideas for my next webpage update.
Also, I am grateful for an inheritated obsession with lists. My mom wrote EVERYTHING down in lists all over our house. "If I don't write it down, I will forget". It has just always been that way. It was from her that I learned to make sure that any idea I had got down on paper, even if I wasn't going to elaborate on them right at that moment. I think I am going to start writing some short stories ... see if I can't make a go of this whole 'author' thing.
