I am adding this recipie to my Recipies folder on my hard drive, but just in case something terrible happens to my computer, I am gonna put it here too (these are very important to the survival of those around me ~_^)

Ok ... first, you want to melt a cup of shortening in a small pot over low heat, stirring constantly (I had to use shortening because I am out of butter ... but, I think that is what makes them
non-stick) ... then, when it is liquid (careful not to let it boil or burn), add 6 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder ... mix it up good, and transfer to a mixing bowl.

Mix in one cup of sugar (I used white sugar because that is what I had, but you can be creative), and then add two eggs and mix well. Add a splash of vanilla (I never measure vanilla ... it is so
yummy so a little extra doesn't hurt in my mind).

Add a cup of flour, a pinch of salt and a half of a teaspoon of baking powder. Mix that all together, and you are done with the mixer now, you are gonna want to switch to a wooden spoon. When I
made them, I just dumped in as many chocolate chips as I had left (but if I had to wager a guess, I would estimate a cup), and then stir it up with the wooden spoon.

Spread the batter into a 9 x 9 cake pan and cook in preheated oven at 350 degrees for between 20 and 30 minutes (depending on how hot your oven cooks).

And there you have it. Phae's PMS Brownies ... chocolate enough to send your blood sugar through the roof, and self non-stick. It makes about 16 small brownies ... they are REALLY rich, so I cut
them small. They are best right out of the oven when the chocolate chips are still melty :o)
