Finished books #6 and #7

#6 - The Witches Almanac

This one was great, as always. The theme was fire ... so there were some great articles on the origins of bonfires, fire scrying, and the salamander.

#7 - Drawing Down the Moon (Margot Adler)

I LOVED this book. Now I know why people say that it is still a must read for beginners. I could never force myself to read it before (it starts off a little dry), but I think that it is good in a way. I think I got a lot more out of it knowing what I know now, than I would have when I didn't know anything about the Pagan Community ... it gave me a lot to think about.

So, another look at the list (adding the books from the latest library trip):

2. Irish Witchcraft from an Irish Witch (Lora O'Brien)
3. Book of Shadows (Phyllis Curott)

6. Witches Almanac (Elizabeth Pepper & John Wilcock)
