10 is the next 6 months and the immediate challenges faced
11 is the next 12 months and the major event happening in my life for this year
12 is where my life is heading
13 is the outcome if I remain on my current path

Now, I see an opening of the tight reign I have kept on my emotions and intuition, as well as finally setting out on a journey of spiritual discovery (deciding my path, rather that just wandering down it) ... I am not sure about the 10 of pentacles. But it looks like things will turn out ok.
