You might reply to Janet/Gavin with, "if you're not teaching Wicca, why are you with a school whose website starts with the wordsOur Training Will Lead You to Ordination as a Wiccan High Priest or Priestess?"

If their course doesn't lead toward ordination as a Wiccan Priest/Priestess, what's it doing at that school? If it does lead toward that ordination, then they are teaching Wicca.

I am much amused at the idea of "we're just offering a WITCHCRAFT course... we're not teaching RELIGION... at this site that claims to ordain priests & priestesses..."

Elf, you're a flaming idealist. You keep hoping that people will actually rise up and act in and from their Higher Selves on a consistent basis.

I suspect that most people who are even aware that they have a Higher Self count themselves lucky if they can maintain themselves in that state for as much as thirty minutes at a time.

But, 'tis well-known that I am a cynic.

Oh, I wouldn't expect them to react to it. But putting the question out there reminds future readers that the issue doesn't end because some BNP says "this is okay with me, therefore nobody should have any problems with it!"

The questions would be for the benefit of lurkers, not for any expectation that Janet & Gavin would answer them or discuss the issue of teaching witchcraft vs teaching Wicca, or the ethics of doing one on a site that claims to be for the other.
