I never seem to do this on the weekend, so I am playing catch up yet again. This weekend I am grateful for:
1) Michaels. I know it is a big corporate craft store that drives littler craft stores out of business, but they stock the strangest things that I wouldn't even think to look for there. Yesterday, I bought a 5' stick of bamboo. Now, I have the body of my new rain stick! Yay! Mmm, weather magic ;)
2) My ability to read dreams. I haven't been paying close enough attention to the signs right in front of me lately, and it smacked me in the head yesterday. Hind sight is nice, but I know now what work needs to be done. I'm not going to let it slip by me again.
3) The perspective of age. It is helping me to let things go. Very little in this world is important enough to get truly upset over. Perhaps I can finally put 'don't sweat the small stuff' into permanent action.
4) WD's romantic streak. Flowers for no reason are a wonderful thing to come home to :)
