I can honestly say I don't believe I had ever really had any contact with IG prior to this forum.

She was just an unknown atheist, and since that is usually enough for me to ignore a poster. I didn't realize how much fun drama she could provide.{sarcasm mode}

No I would not forward private thoughts to IG.
If I need to say that?
I have no desire to contact her on line or off, which is why she has been on my ignore list for quite a while.

No, most of you don't. There were only a handful of people on my FList who were people I didn't well enough to know whether or not they would do that.

It was my own fault really. Normally when I get a notice that someone friended me, I read a bit of their journal, and if they don't have more than 3 friends in common with me, then I just leave them. I guess I was feeling flattered that a whole bunch of people friended me out of the blue.

I should have known better. But, the magical delete button has fixed all. Only people vouched for and people I have known for years are still on the list (and everyone who posted here - I didn't figure that whoever it was would have the guts to come out and admit what they had done).

FWIW, I vouch for vicki_sine. I met her on the WitchesWithBrains yahoogroup, and got to meet her in person in Texas. She's a former-eclectic Alexandrian, and a nifty person.
