I was looking at my desktop background (which is tarot cards, a crystal and a wand), and I figured that I would play with my camera a little. So, here are my collected altar tools ... I don't have a full set yet (since my altar itself is still 'in progress'), but the ones I do have I love:

The pentacle was made for me by the lovely and talented Mattie. I absolutely adore it! The tarot deck is the Pagan Tarot (I know that lots of folks don't like it, but it speaks to me).
I haven't really any idea what wood the wand is. I found that branch when I was ten and out for a walk with my best friend (who moved away a month or so later). I am not sure why I kept it all these years, but when I was looking to make a wand, I was glad to have it. It is the perfect shape and since I have had it for so long, it holds a very 'me' feeling.
The mortar and pestle came with my apothecary gift set that I bought for myself after Christmas as a reward for surviving another Christmas season in retail.
Someday I will have an finished altar to put my fancy stuff on.
