NaNo Update ... Kind Of

I am exhausted! I didn't quite hit my word count yesterday because I had a lot of errands and then I had to work. Same with today actually. I hit a little over 1000 yesterday. I will work until I turn that into 2000, and then I am gonna go to bed and get some damned sleep! I might even take a pill to make sure that I stay asleep tonight (last night was 6 and a half hours of tossing and turning and waking up every hour or so).

I can see that it is definitely a good thing to start out strong the first few days. I hope to get back up to count tomorrow (but that may not happen. I have to work a longer shift tomorrow).

I was really planning on trying NaNoWriMo this year... registered and everything... but I'm just too busy with real school at the moment... *sob*

Real life sucks. This is actually a lot of fun. I haven't had a story flow this quickly out of my head since I was 17.
