Well, I tried a few new things this year. I think that everything turned out pretty well, all things considered. Sprouts theme for Ostara.
Proscutto Pork Roast (this was a pre-seasoned roast ... it was a nice change, but I think that my honey-mustard ham is better)
Steamed Brussel Sprouts and Peas with Hollandaise sauce (this I think would be really yummy with cauliflower and maybe red pepper to add some colour)
Bean Sprout and Carrot Salad (this had green cabbage for crunch, and balsamic vinegrette dressing)
I found a recipe online for a lentil sprout salad ... I might add those to the bean sprouts and maybe sliced radishes next time. And maybe try a fruit vingerette dressing ... lemon maybe or raspberry.
I love it when my cooking creativity turns out well ^_^
