Since the advent of personal computers, I've lost my endurance for handwriting. Anything longer than a paragraph begins to hurt. :) I love my laptop - it's much easier to read than my scrawl. But I do kind of miss pretty notebooks!
I tend to wonder if I would be able to do that if I had a laptop. As it stands now, I just have a hard time staring at a blank screen. It is easier for me to sit someplace comfortable with a pen and a notebook.
Maybe Santa will bring me the means to find out ;)
Wow, I remember my mom's old typewriter. I think I did type out a couple of stories on it when I was a kid. It was one of those heavy, clunky old things. I don't even think it was electric.
Typewriters make me nostalgic for all the little 'thank you' notes I used to type out for my relatives when I was little. :)
