I found it through reading The Wild Hunt or if you prefer [livejournal.com profile] the_wildhunt (about something completely unrelated). It is a survey of the end of life and death wishes of Pagans. I am not sure if anyone is interested, but I figured I would post the link just in case (I am kind of addicted to surveys).

I pushed diversity & individualism a lot in my answers--kept pointing out that what's good for one pagan may not be what another wants. Made sure my own preferences, when they asked about them, were weird enough that they'd have to seriously think about what kind of "trend" info they're gathering. (My chosen method of body disposal is soup a la Stranger in a Strange Land. Which I know is illegal, and not gonna happen, and so I mentioned that too.)

I also mentioned that most pagans aren't going to expect the staff to know or understand their beliefs--what they expect is respect and consideration, and a willingness to accept their preferences once they've been stated.

And that many pagans find comfort in images that many Christians think are grotesque or macabre. I thought that was worth mentioning--that yes, the witchy person may actually *want* her deathbed to be surrounded with skulls and pictures of rotting corpses.
