Went swimming a few days ago. It was going to be a nice leisurely splashing and such, but we spent almost the whole time diving to the bottom of the deep end (12ft, I think) looking for this little boy's lost ring (we figure that the other kids that were down there before we got there had stolen it) ... turned out what we saw was just a smudge on the bottom of the pool, but I think I hurt my eardrums with all that diving.
They were a little achy afterward, but I have been having some killer headaches lately (that are usually accompanied by an upset tummy and nausea). I know they aren't blood sugar related, because I am careful of that when I am at work because the florescent lights and bizarre smells turn those headaches into migraines.
Today it is cloudy, colder and looks like it will rain and my ears are killing me! It sucks because everything is too loud, but not loud enough to be clear at the same time, and I am having issues with getting dizzy when I am standing up for too long. Why do these things always have to wreck my days off?
Advil seems to be taking the edge off, and I think that wearing my glasses is helping a little too (as is sitting down when I start to feel weird), but this sucks and I hope that the weather doesn't decide to be a bastard and do one of those 'I can't make up my mind' things it likes to do so well.

Nope. One of the few times that I can say that for certain. Just finished with the monthly visit and nothing unusual.
