I am Power and Beauty

I am a Witch

and I have no need to hide behind this weight.


I never really figured that such a thing could be so powerful, but it is actually changing the person I see in the mirror. I say it to myself a few times everyday, and it is making a big difference.

Oooh! I like that one!

I currently am doing the old belly shrinkage too! I remind myself in the morning why I want to lose the weight, which usually take the form of "Everyday I am fitter, healthier and my bum sits in a lab stool comfortably". Damn lab stools hurting my butt!! =)

Then I visualise myself slimmer in a bikini, without thunder thighs and a jelly belly. I might add something similar to my whole scheme too. =)
