I seem to remember seeing that somewhere ... I have to say, I was pretty shocked.

Most of the HPS I have come into contact with (even the hardline ones) are more worried about *teaching* people what Wicca *is* rather than shrieking at them that they are stupid because they might get it wrong at 13.

*rolls eyes* I definitely wouldn't want to be learning about Wicca from her.

I don't know if males would be welcome there. The boards are unmoderated, and I guess as long as you are being helpful, then I doubt anyone would care.

I wouldn't worry about sounding like Jadea. While I do find traces of people I know in her posts, I don't think that anyone is quite so tactless as she is. And I think that most of the folks I know can tell the difference between a newbie and a fluffer.

Though, I do think that keeping in mind that spirituality isn't about being 'right', is something that we all should keep in mind the next time this topic comes up at one of our own boards (that, and if you aren't Wiccan, and find yourself fighting harder than those who are ... it is prolly time to ease off a bit).
