Cooking Comms

Went searching through LJ this morning looking for some Kitchen Witchery and Cooking communities (so I can stop bugging all of you with my weird questions). I found a few that I like, but I was wondering if anyone out there has one that is their favorite that they want to share?

I saw your alfredo sauce one at night - lol - but my answer is boring anyway. For recipes like that I depend on Betty Crokcer's original (1955) cookbook. That one has all the good cookie recipes, too. ;-)

I have a really good base oatmeal cookie recipie. It makes these lovely soft vanilla flavoured oatmeal cookies (it is actually for oatmeal chocolate chip), and I can adapt it to make whatever sort of oatmeal based cookies I want.
