Well, it was crazy hot today ... we picked up a few things for our trip to the island. Aside from the boiling heat, it was a pretty decent day all around.
Today, I think it safe to say that I am grateful for adrenaline. It was so busy tonight at work that I was not even thinking about what I was doing ... and I smashed my finger in the drawer of the register. So hard that it actually latched closed, and I had to pull my pinched pinky finger out. It throbbed a bit, but I was running on so much adrenaline that I barely felt it. I really hope it doesn't turn into a big bruise (that will be right attractive under my finger nail).
