#9 Origins (by Cate Teirnan)

This is another of the 'Sweep' series books ... the silly teen Wicca ones. This one is about the lead character's ancestor living in Scotland during the late 17th century. Silly, teen book describes it pretty well. It amazes me how well this author writes teens. She even captures their flawed reasoning processes. It was fun, and it took me only a few hours to read.

#10 The Principa Discordia

This was a great book! Everyone should read it 5 times! LOL It enlightened me on a lot of things I see around the internet ... particularly the sacred cow gag.

#11 Triumph of the Moon (by Ronald Hutton)

I am so proud of myself on this one! This book is amazing and so full of information, I feel like I just took a college course in the history of British Pagan Witchcraft. I found it really interesting, especially after reading Drawing Down the Moon, to find out how the British Pagan Community seemed to develop exactly opposite from the American Pagan Community. In the US, the non-withcraft Pagan faiths had the public eye first, and Wicca came to the forefront later, and it Britian, Wicca was in the public eye first. This book belongs on every Pagan's bookshelf.
