I would! And I don't brave Seattle traffic for just *anyone.*
The only problem I see is that the last weekend in July is always the busiest weekend of the year for me. It is my family reunion, a friend's birthday, and, of course, Lughnassadh. So I probably won't be able to make it if you're here only for the day. :(
