The Gratitude Project - Days Thirteen and Fourteen

I want to stay as caught up as I can with this, as I have recently started playing FFX2 again, and I know how that game can envelope my whole life - LOL. The last couple of days have been pretty crappy ... I am just so sick of the rude tourists and the cranky people who feel the need to yell at ME because the store thinks it is a good idea turn off the AC during the hottest month of the year ... ugh! Anyway ... I think I can still think of a couple things to be grateful for.

First -

I am grateful for the tiny little birds (I call them beep-beep birds), that live in the bushes near the store. They are the most adorable creatures ever and hearing their happy little cheeping and watching them flitting about reminds me, on those awful days, that the world is much larger than the angry little hole I work in.

Second -

I am grateful for escapist video games. Sometimes when the world seems to be crashing down on me ... the best thing to do is take off on an adventure!
