This Sucks!

I have the flu! I hate to be sick! I feel just awful, and I am all fevery. I guess my tarot draw was less a suggestion on how to proceed and more of a 'ok, so this is how we are doing things now, brace yourself' (tarot info in later post). I have made a few observations while I was in my sickened stupor today (and I had forgotten my mp3 player in the car, so I got to just be outside today on my walk to work).

The clouds make the whole world very quiet. Everything is kind of hushed ... even the traffic is quiet, there is no honking or reving of engines. It is kind of nice. It was pretty hot and kinda muggy today ... and I looked up at the clouds and thought, 'you know, I could really use some rain ... just a nice sprinkling to cool me off'. Then the wind came up and it started to sprinkle ... that was cool. What was also cool was thinking 'ok, now just open up and pour ... you know you want to' ... and about two minutes after I walked inside, it started to pour. Can I call it or what?? LOL

I am going to go sit in the bath for a while, and see if I can get myself to feel a little better ... being sick sucks rocks steeped in donkey vomit!
