Aaaaaaaaaaaahhh **BOOM**

There is something seriously wrong with the water in my building. I am out of bottled water until payday, and I have been drinking iced tea made from tap water ... no problem so far ... but for some reason, when I turn on the cold water faucet, hot water comes out! Warmer than the hot water tap! There is no cold water for me! I am thirsty! I don't want to wait for refrigerated water! WAAAAAAAAAHHH!
