I may end up cross posting this later, but for now, I want the opinions of my Flist. I was browsing Amazon today (I am getting ready for an order ... have to sort out some issues with my account first), and I came across a 'List' called 'Books for Hedgewitches'. It looked interesting (I recognized a lot of the books on it as good ones), but there were also a few books that I didnt' recall hearing of before, and I wanted to know if any of you folks had read them (and what you thought).

Plants of the Gods: Their Sacred, Healing, and Hallucinogenic Powers by Richard Evans Schultes, Albert Hofmann and Christian Rā Tsch

Ecstasies: Deciphering the Witches' Sabbath by Carlo Ginzburg

Cunning Folk And Familiar Spirits: Shamanistic Visionary Traditions In Early Modern British Witchcraft And Magic by Emma Wilby

Witchcraft in Europe, 400-1700: A Documentary History edited by Alan Charles Kors and Edward Peters

Thoughts?
