So ... a couple things.
I got a new shampoo and conditioner bar the other day (and a new oatmeal body bar ... they are LOVE!), and I have to say, I am pretty damned impressed, so far. I washed my hair, and I actually forgot to use the deep conditioner I usually use. My hair was soft and detangled and clean feeling. It was pretty neat. I think I am sold on shampoo bars. ^_^
We got the Harley out of impound - $700 later. OUCH! Good thing I have a nice tax return coming to me. Also, the guy who sold WD the bike has offered to loan him the money to get his lisence back, and offered to hang onto the bike until we can insure it again.
Found a doll for my first makeover trial. I will have to buy her from Wal-Mart (gack!), but I guess that is a small price to pay.
On another note ... I am sick of food. It is kind of weird. I know I have to eat, but I have reached that point that seems to happen a couple of times a year, when I just don't want anything. I drink lots of water, and tend to eat a lot of freezies ... and we try to keep meals light and simple since niether of us really want to eat right now ... weird, no?
The weather has been gorgeous, and my heart is hurting for a backyard of my own. The park really just doesn't cut it anymore. But, on the plus side, my oak has shot up about six inches already! It is almost proper tree sized (well, maybe not, but it will need a new pot this year).
That is about all. I read the second edition Encyclopedia of Witches and Witchcraft that I got out of the libary. Not a bad book. Very Wiccan biased (you can really tell which parts came from which contributers ... and I couldn't find a mention of Feri or Cochrane paths at all). It would be worth getting to have as a reference for the historical Witchcraft information alone (Hutton contributed those, I am sure).
Anyhoos, that is my week or two ... I have lots of plans for next week (most involved cleaning and reorganizing ... why does spring cleaning have to last ALL spring long?)
